This fine, shiny, water-soluble powder is perfect for achieving a stylish metallic finish on your baked goods. It is 100% edible and can be applied with a brush or sprayed onto wet royal icing, buttercream, fondant, or other surfaces.

You can also mix this product with alcohol or lemon juice to create a paste for brushing. Note that it cannot be used for airbrushing. The product comes in a resealable jar for convenience.
