This fine, shiny, water-soluble powder is perfect for achieving a metallic finish on your baked goods, and it is 100% edible. You can apply it using a brush or spray it onto wet royal icing, buttercream, fondant, or other surfaces.

Additionally, this product can be mixed with alcohol or lemon juice to create a paste for brushing. Please note that it is not suitable for airbrushing.
