This fine, shiny, water-soluble powder is perfect for adding a metallic finish to your creations. It is 100% edible and can be applied with a brush or sprayed onto wet royal icing, buttercream, fondant, or other surfaces.

You can also mix this product with alcohol or lemon juice to create a paste for brushing. Please note that this product is not suitable for airbrushing. It comes in a resealable jar and is free from allergens, meeting FDA and Health Canada food standards.
